You currently have that character’s class set to a level 1 Rogue. They aren’t elligible for a magic initiate feat, per the prerequisite. You can turn the Feat Prerequisite toggle off on the starting preferences page of the builder if you want to bypass the prerequisite.
It shouldn't have one, however the builder is imposing a minimum score of 13 in either wisdom or intelligence to get the feat to appear in the list.
I am assuming that Moik has created a variant human rogue and is trying to add magic initiate as his level one feat. The builder is not recognising the cha score the same as the int/wis scores, and shouldn't be look at any of them anyway.
I am guessing that this is tied into the recent feat/multiclass pre-requisites that were implemented yesterday.
I took out wizard. Wanted to change it into MI bard but could not find it anymore. Please help.
I own PHB.
Please, post here the URL of the builder page of the character.

Haven’t used this account in forever. Still a big fan of crawling claws.

How to add Tooltips
For now should be able to select the Magic Initiate feat by toggling off pre-requisites for the character.
