So I'm very new to the website and the character creation, when fiddling and checking out the class of Blood Hunter in the character creation I am unable to choose any of the four orders that the class offer once the character reach level 3. As far I am aware there is no place in the marketplace to purchases the class as the recommendation dictate. Perhaps I'm missing something crucial and just to dumb to realize. Just pointing this out there if this is a bug.

Bloodhunter and all it’s subclasses are free, so there’s not a purchase issue.  I just created a new Bloodhunter.  On the class screen, I set the level to 3.  I was able to choose the order once I did so.  It’s the last dropdown.  I’m given the same options if I level up from the character sheet.  Can you walk me through exactly what you are doing, and/or post a screenshot?

So in the first place I made my character a level 1 and went to the character sheet to see how it turned out. Later I came back to edit the character level and changed it to a level 3 and to the Blood Hunter Order to pick one but the tab only of options only says: "Chose an option". I'm doing all this from my smartphone so I can't post an screenshot of what im seeing.

(disclaimer: I am seriously a complete noob at everything about D&D, so just bare with me while I'm learning about the game)

UPDATE: Ok i tried making a new separated character but this time there is no Bloodhunter class, sooo i have no clue as to what is happening. :(

UPDATE #2: Alright, I finally figured it out, in the preference in the Home tab, for some reason I restricted the Critical Role Content source, once I turned it back on I was able to make the changes and can now choose an order. So yeah it was a big screw up on my part.

I’m having the same issue, I changed the restrictions on Christian roll to on and off to see if it would reset it and still gives me no blood order to pick at level 3, only says choose an option.

 If you have the original blood hunter, and they were not yet level 3, then you will not be able to pick a subclass because that version has been archived. While they announced that the original blood hunter was going to be archived, they unfortunately were not clear that it meant folks wouldn’t be able to choose a subclass if they didn’t have one already. If you change to the Blood Hunter 2020, you will be able to choose a subclass, but you should talk with you DM, as you will probably want to swap your wisdom and intelligence scores.
