Hey,

I unlinked my Twitch account because it got hacked. Now I cannot link a new twitch account to my DnD Beyond account. The account page shows that I have my Google account linked but does not give me the option to link my Twitch account. This means I cannot log in on my mobile devices which is frustrating. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Thanks for noticing! We're getting a fix for this ready and we'll have it out and available ASAP.

Just wanted to add that this exact same thing happened to me, so I’m glad I’m not alone. This could be fixed either by enabling users to re-link their twitch account (idk if that’s more/less easier/desirable, but it seems to be what Mythik_Ink wants) or enabling gmail login on the app (which I, personally, would prefer).

The button to link my twitch account is there now, however when I click it it takes me to a page to link it that does not work. I still cannot use my mobile devices. 

I tried to link my twitch account after I linked my gmail and it failed to do so. Unfortunately I didn’t notice this unit I went to login on the app and the twitch login is now associated with a second account, and so whenever I try to link to the first I cannot. Is there a way to unlink my twitch and try again?

I have the same problem as Istarune. When i click "link twitch account" it show my correct twitch account, i authorize it. But nothing happens and I can the process over and over again with no result.
I did see the banner about linking the twitch account first, but i didn't think a twitch account was mandatory to use the app.

Oh snap! would love to use the android app, but i cant link my twitch account. From the twitch end it thinks its linked but my D&DB account remains unassociated with twitch. Any help would be amazing, thanks 

Same problem here. Once I linked my google account, I un-linked my twitch account because I don't use it for anything else. But I didn't know at the time that a twitch account was the only way to access content on the app...

Now I can't re-link my twitch account, and the app is unusable for me right now. Even though the app shows I have all my content downloaded to the phone/iPad, I can't open it because of the account link problem...

Any estimate on when google account links will work for the app?

My twitch account is linked to an old DnDBeyond account which I had briefly, left and came back--then made a new account--this account.  Now the old account I have discovered --refuses to relinquish the twitch-link so for me to link my new (active) account. I am streaming weekly pon twitch, just became an affilate and I need the DnDBeyond overlay extension to work and this is extremely frustrating.

Contact support. Be aware, though, that they are backed up and it may be a while. Please submit only one help ticket. Part of the reason for their being behind is because people are submitting multiple tickets a few days apart and they have to sort through manually to consolidate duplicates. 

I am having this issue as well.  The link to "link" my twitch account is grayed out.
