The two links below in the D&D Beyond - Pricing & Purchase FAQ thread do not work. Right now I have no idea where I can find the complete information on pricing, how my current subscription works and the other subscription levels. May I recommend making that crucial information super easy to find?
When I click the link "Full Subscription Pricing Details for D&D Beyond with Explanation" all I get is the subcription management page. At the moment, there is nowhere for me to get the complete information on my subscription and other subscription levels, including the exactdetails of what I get, what my players gain access to and what my rights are. How can I access my subscription contract with a detailed list of services?
Under "My Account" and "Marketplace" you should be able to see what content you have access to and what subscription level you have. Other than that, all details for content/subscriptions and what you get are on the marketplace page on the site.
Is there any specific information you're looking for?
When I click the link "Full Subscription Pricing Details for D&D Beyond with Explanation" all I get is the subcription management page. There is zero information on the subscription, including the exact, explicit, completedetails, clearly set out, of what I get, what my players gain access to and what my user rights are. I also have no information whasoever about the other subscription levels. All I have is a button that says "Cancel subscription".
Right now, I am trying to set out a campaign with friends where another player will be DM and so far it has been trial and error to get anywhere. I can’t even see if another subscription level might be more appropriate going forward because there is nowhere I can see that information.
Subsistcyber's link takes you to the Marketplace section of your account and clearly shows 1) which subscription you have and when it expires, and 2) a purchase history of content. The details of the subscriptions are not detailed there, you are correct.
Under "Marketplace" in the main menu, there are two choices, "Store" for content, and "Subscriptions" which has the detail you are missing broken or in a large table. Though that is where you had to see all that when you purchased your sub in the first place? What other info are you looking for?
The are only the two levels, Hero and Master. Both will 1) remove ads from the site, 2) open up unlimited character slots, 3) allow you to access community homebrew content, and 4) access your purchased content on an unlimited number of mobile devices. That is, log into the mobile app on more than two devices. The only thing that the Master level adds is the ability to share content with up to 6 players each in 3 campaigns, or a total of 18 other people. Turning on content sharing in a campaign not only allows those other 6 people to access all of your purchased content, but also to share among all 7 people all content that ANY of you has purchased. The cost of buying material for the campaign does not test solely upon the DM.
Well, that's something. My apologies, Marion, you are absolutely correct. My sub was lapsed, so the page detailing the two subscription levels was visible. As soon as I renewed it, all that detail disappears and you only see your current sub level and an option to cancel.
That info really should be available someplace. On the store page, we still see all the content options, with tags showing purchased content. The subscription info should be shown the same way.

Thank you for the reply, but particularly for this bit. That is exactly what I was trying to find out but can’t be found anywhere. Unless we log off, apparently.

There is a buyer's guide pinned in general discussion. It contains info for everything there is to spend money on, what that money buys you, and why you may want it (not sure if it is up to date tl;dr).

Free members get 6 characters, and in the future wilI be able to save limited encounters.
Hero tier gets unlimited characters, can add public homebrew to collection, no limits to encounters, and access to alpha tests.
Master tier gets everything hero tier gets, plus can enable content sharing.

Thank you for the feedback. I'll pass this along to see if we can get more clear information to show for subscriptions.
