Have you tried logging out and back in on your iPad?
@MellieDM I had as of late last night, and just did again, still getting the retrieve character check error, Do I just need to log out of the ipad in question or other places as well?
Still experiencing issues: Only on my Chromebook, the character sheets just appear as empty pages - no error message. In Chrome on my Windows PC as well as Chrome on my phone, the character sheets appear as normal. Already tried logging out and back in again as well as installing Privacy Pass (this blank page issue started at the same time as I suddenly had to always confirm I'm human via Captcha)
I am still having this problem on my LG G Pad 7.0, and when I tried to log out, I got “We live in a world on uncertainty. But certainly, the page you were looking for isn’t here ...”
Any Idea how long this issue will persist? The only reason I started using Dndbeyond was because I was given this iPad 2. I'm currently in six campaigns and it really helps keep them all separated.

I've tried logging out and wiping Safari's history and cache but still keep getting the "Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our Retrieve Character check" page. Does anyone know how i can fix this?

I logged out, cleared cache, logged back in. Still no good. I also don't see any mobile devices logged on under My Account if that helps.

I was getting the authentication error. I think the culprit was Adblock, turned it off and then I could visualize my characters.
I tried downloading and using Chrome on the G Pad instead of the native browser, and it works in Chrome. Close enough for me!
Problem persists for me as well. iPad mini only, but in all browsers.
Working fine on iPhone 6S and on HP laptop in chrome.

Same. It say 500 error which means something on the server generally speaking. I doubt we can fix it on our devices.
