As you try to enter the 403rd level of the endless dungeon, the ancient dragon Rylzrayrth rises up to block your path. The dragon has forbidden you from traveling any further.
In other words, you don’t have access to this page.
( https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dmg/creating-a-multiverse#TheNineHells ) - This is the page I am attempting to access before I get the above error. I am a very new member to D&D Beyond, but I did wait a day before trying to access it again and I am still forbidden from entering. I have turned AdBlock off for this site and have enabled Third Party Cookies to be set, yet I am still unable to reach any page from the search bar associated with the Compendium. Is this behind a paywall or is it some kind of error occurring on my part?
Only material from the Basic Rules, the System Reference Document, and the Elemental Evil Players Companion Are free. Oh, that makes sense. Thank you for clarifying. The whole 403 Forbidden message really confused me.
