The error is in the builder, not on the page you linked to. In the summary description, that appears in the popup for the Dispater Tiefling, it says you get a +1 to Intelligence (when it should be Dexterity). If you scroll lower to the details, it displays the correct info though.

This is because the traits summary always displays the have race's info. For sub races it displays the base races traits that the subrace will also have, but for variant races, it is just wrong.
This bug or rather poorly implemented feature has existed since the variant human of the basic rules. And has confused new players and been reported as a bug ever since.
