Multi-classing into Wizard seems to limit spell levels available to lean as if the Wizard level is halved.
Eg. Level 10 Character with level 5 Wizard and no other caster levels should be able to learn level 2 spells but in my testing this level of wizard is still stuck with maximum spell level 1.
Tested up to level 10 Wizard which should be able to learn level 5 spells and was limited to level 3 spells maximum.
Is this in the character builder or in the sheet? In the builder, you have to refresh the page after adjusting the class level in order for the spells to show all the levels you now have access to.
It's in the builder and has the same issue through the sheets manage spells section and I'm in the habit of refreshing the page. ( Spell slots are showing correctly.)
For some reason it seems to be applying the Wizard level as half of what it should be when multi-classing, ie. A level 10 Wizard in multi-class is being treated as if the it was Wizard level 5 for the maximum level of spells it can learn.

Recreated to ensure issue is persistent and found out that it seems to trigger when Wizard is added as second class for the multi-class.
