One possible solution could be to use the still active browser page to link the old account to a google account and then access the old dnd beyond account on the other devices through google, but I’m terrified of losing the only remaining working page.

If that ends up not working for whatever reason, contact support (link below). As much info on your DDB account as possible (user name, twitch account, purchases, etc) will help. Maybe take a screenshot or two just in case. Support can help you as soon as they can confirm you are the account owner.
Monday was a holiday in the US, which is part of the delay in support getting back to you. Are you in the EU? If so, that might be a piece of the puzzle, as EU privacy laws required some extra steps for EU residents when Curse/DDB left Twitch for Fandom.
