I finished everything in my character creation but it says that it is'nt finished. Is there a way to fix it?

You haven't assigned your ability scores, unless you really are supposed to have a 5 in every stat and only 25 HP at level 20.

i am having issues too it keeps telling me my character "Waddle dee" is incomplete

Double check that you have selected: a class, a race, and all 6 ability scores

We can’t see your character since it’s not finished, and even if it were we wouldn’t be able to see it in the builder anyway. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t help. What exactly do you mean when you say you “can’t finish” your character? Do you mean that when you look at the last tab in the builder you see this:

If that is what you mean, then you have to check 3 things:

1. Have you selected a race for your character?
2. Have you selected a class for your character?
3. Have you assigned stats to all 6 of your ability scores?*

That last one is most likely the culprit. If you missed one of them, it’s common to only get 5 of the 6 and miss one by accident.
