Thank you Cyb3rm1nd, I was able to determine I had renewed for the Hero Tier subscription instead of the Master Tier. Currently working with subscription services to upgrade my subscription.
Trying to send the DM my characters backstory , and im having the issue , where it wont open the characters ive created. Issue is on multiple devices , tried loging out and then back in , restarting devices. Nothing works.

A member of my campaign let me know that the Thorn Whip cantrip isn't an option for their druid. Wanted to check and see if this was a known issue.
The spell isn't free so normally requires purchase or being shared to have access. Here's a guide:
Has the player purchased the spell or the Player's Handbook?
Yes - You have an issue. Please ask the player to come here and link their character sheet so a mod can take a look.
No - Does somebody in your campaign have a Master Tier Subscription with Content Sharing enabled?
Yes - Does somebody in the campaign have thorn whip purchased?
Yes - You have an issue. Please ask the player to come here and link their character sheet so a mod can take a look.
No - Somebody needs to purchase it.
No - Somebody needs this to share to the content.
