I've looked through the forums and none of the solutions I've seen or tried have helped.
I have an active master tier subscription and purchased content (PHB), and have a campaign (content sharing is enabled, and I've turned it off and back on). One of my players is a paladin, and several spells are missing from his spell lists (these aren't spells in other books; I can look them up and see them in the PHB). When I create a similar paladin on my own, the spells show up for me. Am I missing something obvious, or is this as big a bug as it seems?
First, thank you for searching first and trying the suggestions you’ve seen! I’m sorry they didn’t work for you.
Have the player post the full url (not the share link) in this thread so a moderator can take a look. D
In the meantime:
-I presume—especially since you searched the forum first—that the paladin in question is in the campaign? I ask only because you didn’t mention it specifically
-What spells are they missing?
-How are they trying to access the spells?
-Have you double checked what content you have allowed/not allowed for content sharing?
The full url for the character sheet? The campaign? I'm not sure when he'll be able to, could I post it?
And yes, the paladin is in the campaign. He's missing...grrr, as I went to confirm the missing spells, he suddenly has 8 prepared spells instead of 5 because they're all randomly back. I don't know what happened, or why whatever it is fixed itself after two days of repeated attempts. Did someone just defeat Thanos?
For reference, he was missing Thunderous Smite, Wrathful Smite, Searing Smite, Compelled Duel, and a few more, but I wasn't able to confirm which ones; all PHB spells, so nothing that should have been weird, right?
And yes, I've double checked the content, and everything was shared!
Thank you for looking into this, I guess I'll reply again if things go wobbly a second time?
Sometimes content sharing can act weird (usually for books bought or characters added after it was enabled). Usually it is fixed by turning off and on again.
My players will often be missing content I have enabled in my campaigns during character creation. I run public games.
It is very chaotic sometimes. I will flit from player to player and there's no real logic to it.
Things will be missing from one player, the next will have everything, and the next missing one spell. (The one he wants, of course)
Most notably, I am missing the spell "Suggestion" from the PHB on my own account. It's notable that I have a Master Teir account, and own literally everything in the marketplace. Why can't I use this very basic, totally necessary for this villain, spell?
Who knows?
(High Elf Warlock, if your interested.)

Did you try turning content sharing off and on?
Suggestion is free, so you should be able to learn it after level 3 regardless of purchases...

I am having a few similar issues like this.
