Just purchased the drow race and I have all content enabled but I still can't access it.
Go to: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account and click on the Marketplace tab. Check the “account entitlements” tab. If if says you need to sync, click the sync button. While on that page, scroll down to “Current Product Licenses” and make sure the Drow race shows up there; also make sure you purchased the race and not the “monster.” (I’ve not seen that happen with Drow on the forums, but it has happened with races like Changeling that also have monster version)
I just purchased the Changeling race. It shows up in my recent purchases. Why can’t I access Changeling in the drop down menu for character creation?
It is an eberron race. Make sure eberron content is enabled in character preferences.
I did the same for Grung. It show I purchased but I’m not able to select it.
Three Changeling race needs Eberron content enabled in the character builder.
Grung needs Non-Core content enabled
