I have been given access to the source book from my pre order, however the access I have is only to view from the order screen, as well as the book is unfinished (places where there should be tables and charts just labeled "Table Here"). Is anyone else having this issue
It seems that they added the book, but whatever website setting that was forcing redirects for attempting to access the book towards the marketplace wasn't turned off (before it unlocked, all links to the book should have redirected to (https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/source/eberron-rising-from-the-last-war). But, now that the book is unlocked, it should link straight to the book contents (https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/erftlw). As such, I can only assume that the website is making internal calls to the tables (which are listed correctly on the link I gave you), but the link is getting hijacked and sent to the marketplace, which is causing the TABLE HERE or the character creator to just straight up not work. I'm still looking into it as it broke several of my players' characters for our homebrew campaign.

As such, it seems that everything is there on the website, but attempting to click on the Table of Contents for the book is broken and sending to the marketplace. This may be the cause for the tables breaking. Or, more likely, something is causing the handoff not to function properly (check if book purchased, if yes, forward to table of contents page instead of marketplace). Granted, all of this is just guesswork as I don't have access to the website. Seeing as how the book was just released about 45 minutes ago, DnDBeyond is probably running through the code as we speak to see what the problem is and fix it. Wouldn't be at all surprised to find out it's a simple fix (something didn't get set to true instead of false) and things will fix themselves. It's a bunch of tables. And if there's anything I know from working with tables, as soon as you can't properly make a call for data from a table, everything starts to fall apart.
I too pre-ordered and received the notification that it was available and was redirected. I also checked all the other links on this thread to no avail. Frustrating.
This really surprised me given that they've stated that they would be removing the UA Artificer aside from for people who already have it as part of their character sheet.
It also took me quite a while before I was able to access the additional character sheet options that came with preordering (frames, backgrounds, themes)
I prepurchased, but am getting sent to the marketplace. It says content unlocked, but i can't see anything else :(
update: I just tried again, and all the content seems to be working now :) I didnt really do anything, so I guess it was maybe just a slow server? anyway its all good now :)
Artificer isn't showing up for me at all. It was there as UA yesterday but I got an email saying the book was released. When I tried to make a character, all of the altered races gave me a 404 error and Artificer was no longer on the class list. When I went to open it in my source books, it shows me the book and all the areas but if I click on one, it just brings me to the books Pre-order page saying that I successfully pre-ordered the book. I can't actually open the book but I do have new frames, themes and stuff like the Pre-order promised.

Alright, something seems funky behind the code. Few problems I could find,
1. Artificer is labeled as Artificer2 instead of labeling one as UAArtificer and the book as just artificer. Wouldn't be surprised if this causes some problems with the code in character creator (see https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/erftlw/character-creation-class-artificer#ArtificerInfusions which has the infusions and https://www.dndbeyond.com/classes/artificer2 which does not, while the old UA artificer has the infusions https://www.dndbeyond.com/classes/artificer
2. The RftLW character frames and backdrops each appear twice on the list - and selecting either will also select its duplicate.

This. Being in Australia, I was expecting a wait but if the email says it's out...
Artificer isn't showing up for me at all. It was there as UA yesterday but I got an email saying the book was released. When I tried to make a character, all of the altered races gave me a 404 error and Artificer was no longer on the class list. It’s been about 8 hours since I checked. Still having issues. Should this issue be resolved on its own later today?
