I have the 2024 PHB purchased but there's no necromancy subclass. All my licenses are in sync too. Any ideas?
There is no Necromancy subclass in the 2024 PHB. So, that's probably why.
School of Necromancy was a subclass for Wizard in the 2014 PHB. If you want to use that you will need to also buy the 2014 PHB or be in a campaign where it is shared with you.

I do not know which post you replied to. I have made 3 posts in this thread that mention the Player's Handbook. In two of them I clearly specify which version of the book. The post where I do not mention which version was made in December 2019, 3 years and 9 months before the release of the 2024 book. I was referring to the 2014 PHB in that post, since at the time of posting, it was the only one that existed for 5th edition.

ModeratorYou can definitely use the 2014 School of Necromancy on a 2024 Wizard.
- Have you purchased the 2014 PHB yourself? Or is your character assigned to a campaign where it’s being shared with you?
- Have you enabled “2014 Core Rules” for that character?
- Are your entitlements in sync?
