Hi! First of all, this is my first post ever on here, nice to meet whoever reads this.
But, unfortunately I'm having issues with the class builder and with using class options through DNDBEYOND. Essentially what is happening is when I attempt to make the newly created character, the classes I recently bought from the Xanthar's Guide to Everything never becomes an option and just gives the default options. I double checked if the purchase was on my recent purchase list on DNDBEYOND and it was still confirmed the purchase had gone through no problems. But no matter what I do, the class options I bought do not appear. Any help is greatly appreciated on how to resolve this, or if unfortunately they simply won't appear in the list no matter the case. Which I hope isn't true, but can't be helped if it is the case -- but my understanding is just about every purchased class should appear as options. One last thing to note, I did not buy the entire book merely all the class options inside the book.
They're subclasses, so are you ensuring the character is at the appropriate level to take the subclass? Some characters get it at 1st level, some 2nd and some 3rd level.
And hi! Welcome to D&D Beyond.

Yeah, I also want to make sure you are not confusing subclasses with classes.
Most classes choose subclass at level 3, some spellcasters get it earlier.
