Every time I've tried to access my only character sheet for the last few hours it's given me an error message along with a beholder. I'm fairly new to beyond so I don't know what could be going on, help please?
Everytime I try to view or edit my character, I get an error code. Sometimes it says it's an Authentication error, so I tried to log out and log back in. Or it will say there was a problem retrieving your character
One of the error codes I got is 6902272fc49a40e8802cc5f7729b3a55
My friend has his own account and he is getting the same error, while this is happening we can't continue our campaign. Any info would be great.

This is a server error and everyone's experiencing issues. Both MellieDM and Stormknight have said that it's being worked on and will be fixed ASAP - please just follow the thread and hold your posts so we can see any relevant updates from the mods.

To elaborate further - every refresh, every comment ("Me too! Error code 0943804hfoganfgnsdfuh"), every newly posted topic/reply put additional strain on the server. The best way to help get it fixed: stop doing these things. Check back every 5-10mins, don't comment unless they say that it's been fixed and you still have trouble accessing it. Just give them some space to breathe, please. :)
Just stop playing mod. It might help, more people posting different error codes means they can probably get new information. I don't know but if they need us to stop, they can say something.
At this time, we do not need to know the individual error codes. The error codes are hashed so that we can identify them on our end, it's actually all the same code. I can confirm we are all-hands-on-deck and working on a fix for this. It IS related to authentication, specifically around retrieving the data that you should have access too.

Can’t access characters. Error code d324f30d876440e3bd592053e6eae6c8 pops up. If anybody else is still experiencing problems, then I’m guessing the site isn’t working still. Which is weird because I can browse homebrew, monsters, and everything else still.
The site loads just fine for me. Shows all of my campaigns and characters, but when I try to view any specific character it gives me a 500 error. It's not just me, everyone in my campaign has the same issue.
Been in session for about 4 hours at the start 1/2 the group couldn't get onto their characters and now no one can. Was it maintenance or something else? If it was maintenance did you let everyone know?

The Site will load, but we can't get any of our Character Sheets to load, in Linux, Windows, or Mac OS - on any browser.
Would this include the fact that I can't load any of characters?
