Tried to access my campaign's characters and my own characters but keep getting given an authentication error 9953a88704bd4369bb841acb8651c7e9.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 😊

 This thread is from 2 days ago.  I believe the character sheet issues today are a separate issue.  However, I too cannot access my character sheet.  Luckily, it's mostly a filler campaign today.

Can't retrieve my encounters, either. 

Getting a lot of undead beholder, different codes each time.  The one in the title is the most recent.

Same issue with me. Can't access character sheets

Getting the same errors. Can't open any of my characters or create a new one.

For the last couple hours, whenever i try to view a character i've made, or try to create a new one, i get an error code. Doesn't matter if it has homebrew or not.

I get error bc57bfe3d1ef407b8890e795dfaee429 using AT&T home internet on Android. 

I was getting errors couple hours ago. About 30 minutes or less ago I was accessing character mostly fine and making changes before error return. Got the above error codes.

Having same issues, neither campaign nor my own character can be accessed.

This issue is definitely not resolved and it is definitely not a router problem. I have had this issue for the last two and a half hours. I am currently using a cellular phone in which I have been connected to two different Wi-Fi connections and as a third option I have used my mobile data which is unlimited. As stated in the first sentence this is not a router issue but rather an issue with the website. I have sent a complaint via the contact us on the d&d beyond website and received a reply that tells me they are not do back to work until January 2nd....... Hello it's January 5th already.... I am not pleased that I have purchased the ability to create unlimited characters and am currently unable have you even one.

If someone can explain what is happening or come up with a possible solution to this I would be very interested in learning this information
