There are technical reasons (beyond my pay grade) that mean the spell list doesn’t refresh automatically when you change the level. If you refresh the page or move to a different page in the builder and then back again, the list will repopulate correctly.
The Eldritch Knight Spells are not going higher then Level 1. Please correct the issue.
