Remove all homebrew.
Try and see if you can view it. If you can it's because there was a problem with homebrew. Try adding homebrew back one by one - trying to view after each one - until it generates the error. Then you'll know the culprit.
Contact the maker of the invalid homebrew, or if it was yours, post details here or in the Homebrew forum for assistance in fixing it.

Mellie, just as a point of reference for info gathering, I get the same error when I follow the link. I'm not using a VPN. If it were a matter of my just not having access, I would have gotten a 404 error.
Same problem here. I can load the character myself when logged in, but others using the public share link can't use it. I've tested myself on a different machine.
Public sharing: Turned on Homebrew: removed VPN: none Subscription: Hero (if it matters) Cache has been cleared on viewing machine to make sure the failure page wasn't cached.
I get the "Rolled a 1" error for all three of these characters.
Do any of your friends use VPNs? If so, which one(s)?
I'm guessing that's not the issue here, as I don't and I get the same error (where as with some other reports where VPNs are the issue, I can usually see the characters).

If the issue was a VPN it would lie with whoever uses the VPN not the sheet - I get the error too when not using a VPN.
I would recommend checking the Homebrew on the sheet.

I've been having this same problem for almost a week now. I am using a VPN (NordVPN), but this has never been an issue before. For some reason, I can access my characters just fine on my phone (using the same VPN), but it doesn't let me on both my PC and my laptop. I also can't access any of my players' characters. None of these characters have any Homebrew, so that can't be the problem.

There have been numerous reports the last couple of weeks of users with NordVPN having this problem. They started after the site outage/downtime. So my (very un expert) guess is that something in their fix for that isn’t playing nice with VPNs, especially with NordVPN.
I’ve seen a few mentions that homebrew might be the issue, but generally only after VPNs have been eliminated as the cause.
New to DnD Beyond but we are having issues seeing my friend's character sheet. It's been going on for the past 24 hours.

Could someone advise what he needs to change to make it display?

Will do and update on results!
He turned off Homebrew but it is still coming back with the same error when we look it up. Any other ideas?
Thank you for the update!
Is your friend using NordVPN by chance?
Just checked and was not.

Does it matter if you create on computer or mobile?
having the same problem here

Public sharing: Turned on
Homebrew: removed
VPN: none
Subscription: Hero (if it matters)

I'm on mobile and I can view the character if that helps.
Yea, I just checked and it's working now. I asked what he did but no response yet. Will let ya know!

My friend is getting the same issue with one of campaigns I run, I can see the character sheet it's just some of my player's who can't.
Here are the sheets we're trying to access:
