since December I have not been able to set up a subscription and be able to purchase content. I have sent a msg to customer support and it been over 72 hr now. anyone able to help me with gateway rejected?

Support doesn't work weekends (pretty sure). They will probably get to your ticket tomorrow. In the meantime check billing address like already mentioned. That error is usually PEBCAK.

Check the address you are using when trying to purchase especially the zip code/postal code.
