My home brew sorcerer has a feature to add proficiency to initiative but even though I’ve added the modifier to the feature it won’t add it on the character sheet
However, you can create multiple modifiers to add a fixed bonus at different levels. You set each modifier at the different levels where proficiency bonus increases. You can use the checkboxes to "hide" these if wanted.
Messy and cumbersome, but best you got.

There is no way to add proficiency to initiative.
