I am part of a campaign that has almost every book purchased. I have a Druid character, and I have no access to Thorn Whip. I don't know if other spells are missing. Thorn Whip is a spell that's only found in the Player's Handbook. If you're part of a campaign that has that source (and if one of the members in the campaign has a Master Tier subscription) - can you have the owner of the campaign navigate to the campaign page, disable content sharing, then re-enable it? Let me know if that works!
This was my mistake. I, apparently, made this character outside of the campaign, rather than within. I remade it in the campaign and all's well. Thanks.

Another time you don't have to remake the character all over again, you just need to add it to the campaign.
Your DM should send you a join link for the campaign. Click on that link and you'll see the options to either create a character in the campaign from scratch or add one of your existing characters to the campaign.
