Hi - I purchased a Master Tier sub and I have a question about sharing content. Let's say I have three active campaigns and share materials with players in all three using my Master Tier sub. Then suppose that I end one of these three campaigns. I would expect that shared content I provided would no longer be available to players in the campaign I ended, and that I would be able to then start a new campaign and share materials with players in that new campaign.

Yes, this is correct - you can change which campaigns you are sharing your content to.
Yes - Players will retain access to their characters with whatever race/class/feats/spells/magic items they had access to from your campaign, but if they ever remove any of those things from their character, it will be lost until they get access to that material again.
