Just purchased a 1 year Master Tier Sub and 3 books (PHB, DMG, MM)
I see all the new content on the various pages and on my own character sheet. But it is not available to the other players I DM.
I have selected "enable content sharing" within my campaign (home//campaign//edit) screen and Saved. So I would assume this allows me to share everything I have purchased with my group.
But when I go back into "edit" campaign screen the box is not selected (after saving).
I purchased the Anual Master Teir subscription, the 3 Core books and Curse of Strahd.
I added my wife to a campaign and started creating her character for her(she likes playing. Hates the fidly bits like creating characters). She is a lvl5 Halfling/Druid, with Circle of the moon and the Haunted one background
So here is the problem. She doesn’t seem to have access to any of this content. I tried giving her the Haunted One background(from Strahd) and it is not available for her to choose. And I tried giving her the Circle of the Moon Druid Circle. Not there. The. Just to try it, I tried giving her the ‘Blood Spear’(from Strahd). Again. Not there.
All these options are there if I create a character from scratch. But not for my players.
So any thoughts? Is the sharing feature not turned on yet? I can’t see anything I should have to do other that have them join the campaign.
We were hoping to use this on Saturday for our game. Hope it gets working soon.
In case it helps anyone troubleshooting back-end code, I noticed that if when I removed a character from my campaign, it toggled content sharing off again.

Were you the content sharing enabler and was that the last character that you had in the campaign that you removed? Were you the campaign creator?

Details: I am the content enabler, with master level sub, in my own campaign. I was testing something with one of my new players (she wasn't using my invite link to create) and so I made myself a single character of my own in the campaign I DM. The campaign had about 8 characters from other players in it at the time(underneath the 12 cap by a good margin). It was my only character in this campaign, so yes, removing it was the last of _my_ characters in the campaign.

We have the issue where DM enabled sharing we could see content. he bought another book and we can not see it. Having to create a new campaign every time you buy a new book isn't feasible.

Has the DM turned content sharing off, and then back on? Have you tried leaving the campaign (won't affect your character), and rejoining with the same character using the Campaign link?
I left campaign and rejoined and the new book still does not show. sharing is enabled. He just bought the volo's and that doesnt show.
I've looked further into it and when you go to characters races official you can now view the volos monster races but they do not show under character creation.
ok sorry found the answer to issue since dm has book i have to create a new char in the campaign i cant use my char builder i have to use campaign one.

That is correct. You only have access to his content within that campaign. Glad you sorted it out! :D
I am also having this issue. The enable content sharing button is not showing up at all. *Was not aware that you could only have 4 active campaigns with Content Sharing active. It worked after I deleted a campaign. Can anyone verify this?

Try going into the edit campaign screen and selecting the box "enable content sharing" See if that works.
Every time I try the Save never sticks and the box is unchecked when I go back into edit. Hence staring this thread.
As a test I created a new test campaign and "enabled content sharing" and it worked. The issue seems to be with pre-existing campaigns.

Having issues with this now myself. Created a new campaign and none of my players has content because the button to share it is just not there.
