I am trying to share content with a campaign, however I see no option to share content. I only have 2 campaigns currently active and have a Master Level account. Not sure what I am missing? I just set up the campaign but no players have added characters yet, does that make a difference?

Hi there,
when you view a campaign that you've created the option to enable or disable sharing is a light-blue coloured button near the top-left of the page. This screenshot shows one of my campaigns, where you can see "DISABLE CONTENT SHARING" on the left side of the image. The enable button is in the same place.
Well, there is the issue. That button does not show for me.
That would mean either that you do not have a Master Tier subscription, or that you have Campaign Sharing turned on in 3 other campaigns already. If the latter, you can turn it off in a campaign, to see the button appear for you in the desired campaign.
Turning off campaign sharing would not affect the characters made already until they need to level up. I have more than 3 campaigns that I need sharing in, so I just move the sharing around to the biggest groups, and then put sharing on the smaller groups when it's time to level. :)
This bug seems like it's still active; just ran into it again when I removed my last character from a campaign before adding one back. Easy workaround but it causes my players some grief until they ask me to check.
I am having issues as a DM for my campaign right now. One of my players owns many of the books and recently I bought them the Master Tier subscription so they could share their content with the rest of the campaign but I am not even getting an option to turn on share content for the campaign and have no idea what to do or how to go about making this possible for my players to utilize.
You said you bought them the Master Tier sub. Whose account has the sub? Only the owner of the sub can turn on content sharing. It doesn’t have to be the DM. If you own the sub, go to the campaign page for that campaign. There should be a blue box/button in the upper left to turn on sharing.
Thank you but when my player went to look at the campaign he was not given the option for allow content sharing, I had to personally get the sub as well as the DM and he still needed the sub to be able to share his content because when we tried to turn off his subscription so I wasn't paying for 2 subscriptions it took away all of his purchased content from the group so guess we'll just have to roll with 2 subs

That should not be the case. You do not need two subs. Once content sharing is turned on, all content purchased by anyone with a character in the campaign is shared.
There is a limit to how many campaigns a given sub can turn on content sharing for: 3. So if you player had already turned on content sharing for 3 other campaigns, they would not be able to do so for this one.
If turning off his subscription removed his content, then content sharing was already on using his sub.....or, if you are talking about compendium access, folks in the campaign in question may have had characters in another campaign where he was sharing content.
Thank you XD

That was what was causing it. I didn't realize that the card on file for my subscription needed to be updated.
Bump.

Or, there is a strange glitch somewhere.
