Hi

my friend add me to his campaign and I went to build an Artificer Character and could’ve find the class information in the character build, is it not something we can build or is there a glitch somewhere

Have either you or your friend purchased the Artificer class or the Eberron: Rising From The Last War sourcebook?

If no, there's your problem.

If yes, do either you or your friend have a Master Tier Subscription?

If No, there's your problem.

If yes, are you both in the same campaign where the person with the Master Tier sub has enabled Content Sharing?

If no, there's your problem. You cannot share if your characters are not in the same campaign with sharing enabled.

If yes, is Eberron content toggled on for the character (Home tab in builder)?

If no, there's your problem.

If yes... You may have a bug. Check the purchase of the class / master sub went through correctly. If all else fails raise a support ticket by using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

If yes to everything Cyb3rM1nd said, try toggling content sharing off then back on.
