Whenever I link my character's dndbeyond character sheet to it, the bot adds points to my strength and dexterity stats for seemingly no reason. I'm using a homebrew race if that adds points to strength, dexterity and constitution, but the bot never adds extra points to my constitution, only the first two stats.
The homebrew only adds a single point to those 3 stats, and its all done the exact same way, so if something in that was messing with the strength and dex in Avrae, it should also mess with constitution but its not. My character sheet appears perfectly fine when I look at it on here, but as soon as I set it up with the bot it turns a 19 into a 22 and a 18 into a 20.
Can you try readding the race to your character (since it's your private homebrew I cant re-add it - currently changed you to human). At the moment Avrae is picking your stats up correctly when I changed your race. The homebrew looks correct, Im wondering if it cached an older version of the homebrew race, so is picking up ghost stats from that.
The only thing I could suggest is perhaps recreate the homebrew race and try to see if that works. otherwise I'd recommend jumping on the Avrae Discord (http://support.avrae.io/) and see if some of the tech folks there can help.
Welp after testing it further it seems to be some problem with adding a dexterity or strength ability score increase, despite putting it in the exact same way as the constitution one.
That makes me think it might be Avrae pulling things incorrectly - it's best to speak with the devs on the discord (the support.avrae link i posted above) and ask them to have a look.

I'd recommend checking the homebrew race to make sure it is configured correctly - Avrae should be pulling your stats exactly as seen on the sheet.
