Do you have the Player's Handbook purchased? If you don't, you wouldn't see any other options.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
DnD Beyond is a separate company with a separate license than the physical handbooks. You can add stuff from your physical book using the homebrew tools for you to use, but Beyond is a different company. If you want to use content in the character creator or anywhere else in this toolset, you have to buy it on here.
Buying the physical book and thinking you can get the content on here for free is like saying you bought a game at Walmart for a Playstation and you go to Microsoft saying "I bought a physical copy of the game for Playstation, please give me access for free on Xbox."

If you don't want to homebrew it, you can also just buy the feat you want; you don't need to buy the entire PHB here if all you need is the one feat. (And what you spend on the feat is credited toward the purchase price of the PHB here if you ever change your mind.
that honestly doesnt make any sense considering i own a physical copy of the PHB and its has several feats I can pick from
That physical copy cost money to use.
Same goes for the digital content. DDB is essentially a digital bookstore with additional free digital tools. Buying the book from a competitor does not unlock that content here.
