When I try to access the Monster Manual, I am directed to a page with a message saying I'm forbidden from accessing it. Same thing happens when I try to read class options I bought from SCAG.
Try clearing your cache. That seems to fix most problems related to this. If after doing that, you are still unable to access it, please contact the D&D Beyond support site.
