Thanks for the response. I created a random character in the campaign here: ddb.ac/characters/27693099/2k4QNJ
I think because I got the basic handbook I can choose my stuff but my party can't. I bought it so it would be able to work for them. What is the cheapest book that allows sharing?
Sorry to bug you, do I just need a master tier member ship to share the content?
You need a master tier subscription to share content. Note that the subscription does not give you access to content, just the ability to share. So you or someone in your campaign would need to have purchased the content you want to share. The person with the subscription does not need to be the DM to share content.
Out of curiosity do you know which book (cheapest if possible) you would need to get for the spellblade class?
I know its homebrew but it is in a lot of manuals and texts
If it is homebrew, it won't be in a book. Furthermore, only official D&D material from Wizards of the Coast is available for purchase here. There are a few items by Matt Mercer that are provided by free here, but that is the only third party material available.
For most character options (subclasses, races, spells, etc.) you can homebrew options, but homebrewing of full classes is not (currently) possible here.
There are some homebrew spellblade subclasses that folks have published here. (Go to Game Rules>Classes>Browse homebrew). If you have a subscription (either hero or master) you can add one or more of those subclasses to your collection and use them.
I forgot to mention, depending on what you want from a spell blade, the official bladesinger subclass, published in the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide (aka SCAG) might be of interest. You don't have to purchase the entire SCAG, you could just purchase the bladesinger subclass. You might then also want one or more of the cantrips from SCAG like Green Flame Blade, Booming Blade, or Lightning Lure.
Does DnD beyond have the suturefly? its not showing up.
Suturefly is from Tome of Beasts, which is not an official 5e publication, but 3rd party. You could homebrew it if you like, but you must not publish it, since it is not your own creation.
Hello I bought a source book but the content won't show up for me.
Make sure you have bought the whole book and not just the compendium content. If you only bought the compendium content, then nothing would show up in the digital tools. You can click on the link in my signature to check your license to see if you bought the whole thing or just the compendium content. While you are on that page, check to see if your entitlements are in sync too.
If that does not work, try logging out and back in.
With the backgrounds, incase anyone has this issue (as I just did) it seems coming out the campaign (with the content sharing) and then going back into it, worked.
eg:
1) Copy the campaign link.
2) Remove character from campaign.
3) Use the link to add the character back into the campaign.
Worked for me, went from 10 backgrounds to 40! :)

I purchased the character and feat pack but they do not appear when making a character? New to digital d&d and I'm wondering how to get it to show up?
I purchased it as well and my campaign group can pick different characters but not the feats?
Hello, what content did you purchase? Could you link one of your characters?
Does someone in your campaign have a Master Tier subscription and Campaign Sharing turned "on"?

I purchased the character pack and the feat pack this is a link to a character https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/Cizlaq/characters/27655490/builder#/whats-next
What content is not appearing for you here? I can see that you have selected the Eldritch Knight subclass, as well as two feats.
thank you, I got the basic players manual so at least I can try sharing that for now
All is well. I thought it would appear differently.
