How can I add ritual spells to my character which has the Book of Shadows invocation? I should be able to do this with the rules of this invocation.. without having to deal with my spell limits of class or level.

The builder allows me to add my initial rituals, but it does not allow me to add additional rituals that I have acquired later and paid to add to my book. How do I add the Augury ritual, for instance, which my 4th level warlock learned?
Edit: I found the way to do it. You have to go through the builder and expand your Book of Shadows feature. After you enter the first three rituals, the list reorders itself so that the entry slot remains third and some of the rituals you've learn show up after it. You can continue to enter any number of rituals you've learned. Note that you are limited by your Warlock level, so the drop down list will only contain rituals that are <= your warlock / 2 (round up).

You do it in the builder, under the book of shadows notation. Click on the anvil on your character sheet, go to the class section, and look for it.
