I'm creating a level 12 artificer and when I do the enhanced defense infusion it's only a +1 bonus to AC. The same is true for each of those similarly worded infusions.
When I looked at your character it shows +2 for the enhanced focus as its supposed to, and you don’t have anything else infused that scales at 10th level. That means it’s most likely a caching issue. Close all your tabs open to DDB except 1, log out, and then log back in. If that doesn’t fix it, log out again, clear your cache and then log back in again. If that still hasn’t fixed I’ll be surprised.
Yeah that didn't work either. To clarify, when I infuse a wand with the enhanced focus it says in the description that it gives +2 at level 10, but under the item in the infusion window it says "Level 1 bonus, +1" and that's what it gives. the character has 20 intelligence, and a +4 proficiency bonus, so with the +2 from the enhanced focus spell attacks should be at a +11. It was only showing as +10 so I manually customized each instance to give it another +1. If you look at the spells tab of the character you can see at the top of the section (next to the DC,) that it only says +10. Which means it's registering that the infusion is working, but only at the level 1 bonus version.
Another update: I tried creating the character again by building it at level one and then adding one level at a time until I got it up to level ten. Same problem.

You’re absolutely correct. I saw the description and the numbers within the actions matched. I completely forgot you mentioning having adjusted them, and didn’t check the main number at the top of the spells section. Totally my bad. I went back and checked your Enhanced Defense too even though it’s not currently infused and it also only lists as +1.
Hmmm... Curiouser and curiouser.
So I went to my current current Artificer and checked what all was going on there. He’s halfway between 10th and 11th levels. He has only learned 1 Infusion that scaled at 10th, Enhanced Defense, and it is currently providing the correct +2 bonus to AC. Okay. Then I went and checked a different Artificer, the one that I mentioned in Post #3 that originally had the same issue. (It’s really the same character, just the version I had specked out to level 20 a while ago to get a plan for the actual character that I’m playing.)
What I discovered is that the Enhanced Weapon Infusion for that specked version of the character was providing the correct +2 bonus. I double checked the actual attack bonuses in Actions, all good. So then I checked his currently inactive Enhanced Focus Infusion and in the infusion list it correctly read: “You gain a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls. In addition, you ignore half cover when making a spell attack.” However, when I tapped it, the Slideout read: “Current Class Level Bonus Level 1 Bonus, +1”
Just like yours, the same disparity between the description and the Infusion’s actual rule along with the bonus applied. I wanted to run an experiment, so I created an enhanced focus just to see, and sure enough it still only had the incorrect +1 bonus. So then I uninfused the Enhanced Longbow and reinfused it and now that is also no longer applying the correct bonus either. I won’t test it with my actual active PC, his are currently working properly and I don’t wanna risk it.
So it appears we have a finding with repeatable results. Scientific Process FTW!!
I experimented one step farther and I equipped my artificer with a "Studded Leather, +2" which is AC 14. I then went into manage infusions and swapped Enhance Defense, which was not currently infused on anything, with Radiant Weapon. When I reloaded the character sheet the +2 armor was now all of a sudden behaving like regular studded leather (AC 12). Unequipping it and equipping again does nothing to change it back, that +2 armor is permanently changed into AC 12. Even after navigating to a different page and then loading the character sheet from the my character page. Adding a new "Studded Leather, +2" works as expected however. Hopefully this information is helpful for the devs to figure out what is going wrong.
Small update after closing the browser and reloading the page the +2 studded leather showed correctly as AC 14. I had also messed around similarly with Enhance Weapon and got the same results. As an experiment I tried it again and the same thing happen but this time after closing the browser and reloading the armor was still bugged so I waited about 10 minutes and reloaded the character sheet and the +2 armor is back to AC 14. The infusions are still broken and only applying a +1 to normal armor and weapons. Strangely I am now completely unable to get this bug to replicate which leads me to think that is may be a caching issue but why would removing the infusion effect the non-infused magic items in the first place?
Yeah I'm not convinced the devs read these forums. I posted a couple of times about the AQ spells in the spells section of the website having the wrong components listed compared to the compendium section but they're still the same way they were before.
The Devs job isn’t to read these forums, that’s the Mods jobs. The Mods tell the Devs what they saw. Two other posts by two other users also reported the exact same infusion glitch yesterday. Not sure how the mods can miss them. Someone must have noticed. They just usually only chime in if they need more info.
I think they made an update the character sheet it used to say version 3.0.4 now it says 3.0.5, this seems to now be working correctly for me so everyone should check their characters. Thank you DDB for getting on this and fixing it.

Try unlearning and relearning the infusion.
That happened to me too once. I uninfused and then reinfused the item and it worked properly after that.

Oh, yeah, that is a given. I assumed OP already did that.
Tried that, didn't work. Here's the character sheet if you're interested: https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/Bofurkle/characters/27535307
I have learned to assume nothing.

I manually added +1 to each place where the enhanced focus was supposed to add 2 rather than the 1 it is adding. I'll try what you said.

Something probably broke with the character migration back-end changes they did recently. But I appreciate the scientific verification!
My pleasure, to be honest, I kinda got curious my darn self. At least know we know. “And knowing is half the battle....”
