Hey, a bit over a week ago, I was working on a character here on D&D Beyond, when I found out I couldn't use any of the materials I purchased on D&D Beyond even though I used to be able to use these materials without issue before this situation. I specifically bought Xanathar's Guide to Everything and the Player's Handbook. And even though I can still read the books themselves on D&D Beyond and the Marketplace as being purchased, I cannot use any of the materials listed in the books (subclasses, backgrounds etc.) for my character creator or anything else.
I've contacted the D&D Beyond Customer Support website (https://dndbeyond.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115009560767-Contact-Information) 9 days ago, on the 9th of May, and I received no answer. 4 days ago I added a comment asking whether I needed to provide more info and received no answer. And I've been unable to find anyone with the same issue while looking on the internet. So I've turned to the forums to try and find out how to fix this bug.
So does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it? Are the response times for the customer support always slow? Should I just wait? Thanks for reading this.
It is probably an “entitlements” issue. Try logging out and logging back in again. If that doesn’t do it, log out, clear yours browser cache, and log back in. If that still doesn’t do it, please post back.
Sorry for the delay in getting to your Customer Service request, their hours are during the normal work week and they try their best to respond as quickly as possible!
You can also try checking your entitlements yourself. If you go to your Account page and go to the Marketplace tab, you should be able to see if your entitlements are in sync.

I feel so stupid for never trying that, thank you very much, that solved it. Never heard of an entitlements issue
