It doesn't look like the Character sheet updates the AC if you have the duel wielding feat (which gives you +1 AC when wielding 2 1H weapons). I have them equipped and wielded, but it doesn't adjust the AC.
On the off hand weapon, in the attacks section, expand the customize section of the weapon and ensure that the offhand box it ticked that should solve the issue
