I added a Greataxe, +1 to my character (and equipped it) but in the modifier and damage tables on my character sheet it doesn't include the +1 modifier. I added a regular greataxe to compare and they both show the same attack and damage information.
Edit: I noticed this is only an issue if you add a magical item from the character editor. If you add it on the character sheet view it seems to work.

Bug persists until 1 of the same magic weapon is added with manage equipment on character sheet.
Sadly I have deleted the character, but I can reproduce the effect on another character here with the same issue.
