Does anybody have a fix for this? I'm running into the same issue. I have the Sourcebook and the Eberron content enabled, but the feat isn't showing up. They posted in this thread that they'd be working on it in 2018...it's now almost 2023. So. A fix would be great.
It works for me. Is your character an elf? Do you own Eberron Rising from the Last War here? Or, if not, is the character in a campaign with conten sharing in which someone owns that resource?
Exactly. Honestly doesn't seem that hard
