Or Wild Magic itself.

I am having this problem. My DM has shared his PHB with me via our campaign. However, when I go to create a Sorcerer Wild Magic is not available. Please help.

Are you trying to create the character in the campaign?

I'm the main DM in my group. I've paid for a DM subscription so that I can share my three main books and the STAG with my players. All of my players have successfully created PCs in my campaign with their free accounts.
Now one of my players is going to run Ravenloft and give me a break from DMing. We all still seem to have access to my books even in the campaign she created with her free account. I believe that is how it is supposed to be. However, there is a glitch. One of my players wants to play a Sorcerer in the Ravenloft campaign. He doesn't have access to all of the Sorcerous Origin options when he tries to create the character in her campaign. He DOES get will of the Origin options when he creates the character in MY campaign. Again, both campaigns contain the same players and everyone should have access to all four of my books in both campaigns. However, there seems to be a glitch when it comes to this one thing. Please help.

You can enable sharing in up to three campaigns. Even if Campaign B has the exact same group as Campaign A, it's considered a different campaign.
In other words, everything is working properly.

Hello. I'm the DM in Zyfire's main game. One of our other players is going to run a side game. Zyfire tried to create his Sorcerer in that side campaign: could only access one kind of Origin. He tried to create the character outside of either campaign. Same problem. He created the Sorcerer in MY campaign (i have the three main books and the SCAG) and he was able to choose from all of the Origins.
Note: this seems to be the only thing from my books that he can't access when creating characters in her campaign.

Which is how it's supposed to work.

He has to be in the campaign to see the shared content. Once created he can leave the campaign and that data will stay unless he alters it then he won't be able to add it again until he joins a campaign with sharing turned on, that has the particular element he is looking for.
Does the DM have a DM Subscription? If so, has the DM enabled content sharing in that campaign? If so, are you creating a character within the campaign? (Using the campaign link) Or are you trying to create a character outside of the campaign?
The wild magic sorcerous origin doesn't seem to be available in the character builder. Is this a bug?
Hi Minett,
the Wild Magic sorcerous origin is in the Character Builder, but will only appear if you have purchased the Player's Handbook (or the Sorcerer class from it).
D&D Beyond can be used for free and contains information from the following "free to use" sources published by Wizards of the Coast: D&D 5th edition SRD , D&D 5th edition Basic Rules and Elemental Evil Companion.
Content from other sources, such as the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide or Monster Manual will need to be purchased from the Marketplace, or accessed via another user sharing content with you via their Master Tier Subscription.
