Im unable to use material from 7 out of the 13 books i own. At this point its more than a nuisance and afflicts my DnD campaigns and material. I cant acces half the races, such as Warforged and Khalistar. Many extra feats such as dragonmarks and some subclasses for the main classes are unavailable to me. Items and backgrounds are missing and overall i cant level up some characters just because there is so much stuff missing.
I also cant acces most of my books on the app, because it says i got a license only for the webbrowser. I bought the books on the app so i have no clue as to how thats even a thing.
-Go to your user name in the upper right corner (in the web interface); click on Account, then the Marketplace tab. Under Account Entitlements, look for a button to resync your entitlements. If you find one, click it to resync. (if your entitlements are not out of sync, it won't show up)
-make sure that you have the right toggles turned on on the home page of the character builder. (Eberron for Eberron content, MTG for Ravnica and/or Theros
-To my knowledge there ar not separate browser and app licenses; make sure you have the official DDB apps
-If you are having issues with the compendium app, go to My Account (you may have to click "more") then "customers support" then click "download latest manifest"
-if that doesn't fix it, make sure you are signed in to the same account in both the app and the web interface. For reasons I don't understand, it is quite common for folks to have multiple accounts here without realizing it.

Thank you! Turned out my Entitlements weren't sync'd up. the problem is solved now!
Hey, I'm having this issue currently, but I've tried pressing the button. No matter how many times I press to sync the entitlement, refresh my page and try again the button will not disappear. It says it's synced ones I press it, but I don't have the new content I bought.
Got any way to help?
