It's not very clear what book contains certain sub-classes. This article describes the College of Eloquence, while a couple other colleges are marked "UA". So, if it's not visible in the character builder and not marked with a specific sourcebook, then it must be in the PHB like most things are, right? Nope. Now I'm disappointed and need to spend more money.
If it's not from the core book, every primary description of something should clearly state the source book.

I have all the options enabled (UA, Magic, Noncore content etc) and still can't see it.
I have a lightfood halfing selected.
Is this still a subclass that can be selected in the character builder?
Have you purchased this subclass? Are you at level 3 in order to select a subclass?
Lightning Strike - A rebranded Fire Bolt for Wizards & Sorcerers.
Spirit Bomb - A holy fireball for Clerics, Paladins, & Divine Soul Sorcerers!
Sword Dancer - A Cleric subclass specifically for the Drow goddess Eilistraee.
Quicksilver & The Scarlet Witch - A pair of magical firearms for your Gunslinger or Artificer.
The College of Eloquence is found in Mythic Odysseys of Theros.

Ahhh, I must have been reading an old post of it being UA! Just me being dense! I'll grab the book. Thanks guys.
