Adding a subclass?

Hi,

our campaign is adding multiclassing but as I am trying to edit my character, I don't see an option to add a second class. Is there something I'm missing?

 Scroll down to the bottom of the “class” tab of the character builder and hit “add class.”

I have! And there’s nothing after my paladin class. Others have said that but there are no other options for me for some reason. 

Do you have both Str and Cha above 13?
