After checking Volo's it claims I purchased the monster "Swashbuckler". My guess is a coding error due to both the class and monster having the same name. In character creation the archetype Swashbuckler does not show in the rouge's choice of options so I can only guess whereas I purchased FROM Xanathar's the marketplace pulled the file from Volo's.
Thanks for your patience, and to GPyromania for passing this along and doing some work to help figure out the underlying issue. This should be fixed! You may want to log out and back in, and then try again to see if you can access the subclass on your character sheet.

Can speak for this, as this just happened to me as well. Hopefully we get some sort of fix soon.
