The description of Force Ballista option for the Eldritch Cannon feature says the following:
"Make a ranged spell attack, originating from the cannon, at one creature or object within 120 feet of it. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 force damage, and if the target is a creature, it is pushed up to 5 feet away from the cannon."
Yet, when you view Force Ballista in your character sheet (sidebar), the damage is actually 2d8+Intelligence modifier, and the attack roll takes a raw Intelligence modifier instead of Int+Proficiency, as a ranged spell attack is supposed to. It also doesn't benefit from infused spell focus.
It would also help if instead of "Uses: ##/Special" it would correctly state "Hit Points: ##/##" in Eldritch Cannon feature description. It may appear misguiding to some players, as if the cannon had limited ammo.
Might want to link your character sheet so Mods can see if there is something wrong on it. I have an artillerist and the only issue I have that you do is the health being marked as "special." But I so no way to roll automatically for the force ballista on my artificer, did you make a custom attack?

Those are known limitations of the feature, which is why the Eldritch Cannon does not list as an attack normally. The software is limited like that because nothing else worked that way.
They can’t change that to “Hit Points” because the coding for that function at the character sheet level is the same that governs all limited use class features, and so is therefore labeled as “Uses.”
They will supposedly start working on the more unique features like this next quarter, but there’s no telling how long it’ll take.
But I so no way to roll automatically for the force ballista on my artificer, did you make a custom attack?
Just click on eldritch ballista in features tab. It'll bring up a sidebar with attack statistics, where you can go to "customize" section to display it as an attack, adjust to hit bonus, and write in a negative damage bonus to offset the bug.

Would it not be better to have the various artillery cannons be listed under 'Extra' alongside summoned allies or pets?
Or can those statblocks not auto-calculate their stats based on your own?
