Hello,
Recently purchased Curse of Strahd with the discount code.
After the purchase, the book was still on my cart, the order was billed in my bank account, and the book was not in my collection.
When trying to view the order history, it was listed but said no content was purchased.
My confirmation email for the order just says the amount billed to my credit card with the deatils named "DDB content"
Since it is billing related, you'll need to submit a support ticket - https://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket
When filling out the ticket, make sure you select under "what can we help you with" Billing > purchasing issue (this way it routes correctly).
Also make sure you add your username, and where possible the email address you've used on your DDB account.
