I've made a support request about this a couple days ago but haven't heard back yet, which is understandable.
The only issue is, I was hoping to make use of the New Years sale on the Sourcebook Bundle.
Just under a week ago I purchased $150 worth of all of the digital content I could buy separate from the books while still staying around the price, mostly Feats, races and classes and such.
A few days later this sale goes up and the entire Source book bundle is now around that price range, and I can't buy it-
I was just wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to get a refund so I can buy the bundle, or exchange the items I did buy for the bundle which is currently the same price, it's a little time sensitive due to the sale ending so, any help would be appreciated.
You can not. It says that on the page when you make a purchase. In your cart it tells you: "Digital items are not returnable or refundable. By placing your order, you agree to our Terms of Sale." Sorry.
Actually... good news from 2022. I found this post a year later after just purchasing 2 full priced sourcebooks for $60 total then noticing a bundle deal for 4 books for $40 total... that seemed a wildly great deal to miss. Eventually, after giving up, I accidently read the bottom of the bundle page - it said that if I own any of the included sourcebooks already then that price would be deducted from my purchase of the bundle. I then figured out that the bundle price had $99 crossed out and $40 as the price because they already deducted the 60 I paid. So I still got the full deal, which was $99 for four books, which was 20% off. If you're signed in, dndbeyond apparently automatically gives you the price minus already purchased stuffs, at the moment.

Not just at the moment, they always subtract whatever you've already paid for things included in a bundle (or in a book, if you'd bought individual purchase items from a book.)

Damn, that is unfortunate. This sale looked really good heh.
