the ones at the xanathar guide, the other players (a mage and a druid) at the same campaign don't have any problem to prepare and add spells from that source book.
if i, as a dm, open the characters sheet i can see the spells, the problem is with my players.
When I asked about spells, I was asking about specific examples.
Have them sync their entitlements. To do so, they need to click on their user name in the upper right corner of any DDB page, choose Account, then the Marketplace tab. The first section of that tab is Account Entitlements, if they need to sync it will say so, and there will be a button called sync to click. Note: these instructions are for a computer or a tablet in landscape. On mobile they need to click on the button that looks like a batch a stacked lines (fairly standard for "menu" these days), then on the little round circle near the top of the menu that represents their avatar.
Thank you for providing a character link. Since the problem involves spell selection, and I'm not a moderator, I can't dig deeply enough to see what the issue is. But now the link is here for a moderator to check if one stops by.
I buyed the master tier and all my players can see the xanathar spells, but the cleric and paladin dosen't see them on his character sheet.
Are those characters in the campaign?

Yes, and all the other characters are in the same campaign
What spells are they not able to see? It might help if they can post links to their characters here.
