I ordered Tasha's Cauldron or everything on the 13th of January, it is now the 26th and it has yet to arrive. I'm pretty sure I ordered a physical copy since the receipt lists a shipping address and the offer advertised free shipping on google shopping. Is there a way to find out if my book has been sent out or a way to track it? And when can I expect my book to arrive?
Dnd Beyond is a digital supplier for the content published by Wizards of the Coast. If you purchased something on Dnd Beyond it is a digital copy of the content that you can only access on Dnd Beyond.
If you purchased a physical copy of the book from a different website the Dnd Beyond team is unable to help you. I would recommend getting in contact with the service that you purchased the book from.
You can not reach the Wizard of the Coast team through Dnd Beyond and even if you could I highly doubt they would be able to help you with a shipping issue.
Okay, I am pretty sure I just purchased a digital copy on D&D beyond thinking it was a physical copy. Is there any way to get a refund? They can take the digital copy back

Though I have to wonder how you managed it. It does warn you multiple times during the checkout process that you won't receive a physical copy - that it's digital only. Just below the order total in the Cart:

You can't order physical copies on D&D Beyond.
