I’ve loged into d&d with a second sign in. Now I can’t seem to log in with my real sign on that contains all my content and purchases. Auto twitch sign in taking me to wrong account. Doing my head in.
I tried it now. It would also be nice to visualise when content is downloaded or not. It's not legible currently. And I needed to delete the content, exit, load it back up, and only then would it download the book.
But it looks like the content's back.
Would it be possible to connect the mobile app to the android text-to-speech engine? It would be great if I could just listen to it on bike rides.
* When you tap on Tales from the Yawning Portal, you are presented with a screen that takes you to the list of modules, but you can’t access the other content from the book.
* Sunless Citadel, area 27 has a link to Appendix A (to view a magic item description), but when you follow that link you are taken to the list of modules in Tales from the Yawning Portal.
Purchased a book through the app for the first time yesterday (Player's Handbook), previous purchases have been made through the website. Payment was made through Google Play. I still have not been given access to the book contents in browser or in app. Waited an hour (as suggested in a note elsewhere), cleared my browser cache, deleted and reloaded the app... still nothing.
Thinking it may be an app issue as the purchase I made through the browser on my laptop granted access immediately...

Running the app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A2 and Im finding books I've previously downloaded seem to disappear.
I don't have a lot of content, just the PHB, Xanthers guide and the Sword Coast books. It's not the same title everytime that disappears, it varies. Didn't think much of it initially, but the fact that it's continuing to happen makes me think it may be worth mentioning.
Not experiencing issues anywhere else on the device.

The game mechanics here are usable in your campaign, but at this time they aren’t officially part of the game and aren’t permitted in D&D Adventurers League events. These mechanics will evolve based on player feedback. This is a living document, and as these concepts are refined, this book will also be updated for free; so you will be kept up to date with any changes that are made to it. Due to this, the content is not available in the D&D Beyond reader mobile app until a later date.
Xanathar's Guide on the app is botched (Android). I have downloaded it, deleted it, downloaded again. All I get is the first page of Chapter 1: Subclasses. No index, no links to any other chapters. Just that page.
So far, most of my other downloaded content on the app seems to work.
For the record, none of the Xanathar's content is showing up in a search, either.
Visible on my iPhone but I receive the following error "There was an error loading the compendium source. Try again with an active internet connection or contact support if the problem persists".

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're looking into it.
This should be corrected. The DMG update (version 9 seen in My Account -> About) will download next time you start your app.
Please let me know if there are any additional issues.

Tales from the Yawning Portal
Introduction and appendices not accessible
System: iOS (both iPhone and iPad)
Examples:
* When you tap on Tales from the Yawning Portal, you are presented with a screen that takes you to the list of modules, but you can’t access the other content from the book.
* Sunless Citadel, area 27 has a link to Appendix A (to view a magic item description), but when you follow that link you are taken to the list of modules in Tales from the Yawning Portal.
On both iPad and iPhone when trying to select a sub-category to be directed to within Xanathar’s I’m taken directly to the start of the chapter.
Example:
if I try to click on “chapter 1 > Rogue > Scout” instead of going to the start of the scout section it takes me to the start of chapter 1.
I’ve removed the edition from my catalog and re-downloaded XGtE in hopes to remedy, but no success.

Just purchased the Eberron book, it shows up and is accessible on PC but doesn't show as purchased or not purchased content in app.
Edit: Good now!
⚡ playing for keeps ⚡
I am having the same issue. Neither Eberron nor Ravnica are appearing in the app.

IOS mobile app isn't showing my purchased content:
I've tried deleting and re-downloading the app multiple times.
Yes, I reported this in April. https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/mobile-beta-testing-bugs-support/16195-ios-bookmarks-disappear-regularly#c1
Happens to me on Android occasionally. And not related to app updates.
