I just noticed there is a mobile specific forum so copying my post from there
Hello!
I am currently having an issue with accessing content sharing on the mobile app. My DM has the legendary bundle and has content sharing on and in the past I haven’t had any issues downloading the shared books on the app. Yesterday I had to redownload the app and couldn’t access anything. I noticed my own subscription had lapsed and thought it might be the issue. I resubscribed and was able to access everything. I downloaded a few books to test. However when I tried to read them today I couldn’t access them anymore. I had the files downloaded still but couldn’t access them or download any new files. I tried logging in and out, redownloading the app, and downloading the latest source manifest on the app with no luck. I am able to access the books in the web browser. Yesterday prior to me resubscribing I also couldn’t access them in the browser so it isn’t the same issue. My campaign says content sharing is on and me and my DM both have master tier subscriptions.
The first thing to check is to make sure that your entitlements are sync'd at https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace and the second thing is to make sure that you're logged in with the same account on both devices.

As Arenlor mentioned, checking entitlements would be first step (oh along with making sure content sharing is still correctly enabled on the campaign). I'd also recommend having everyone else in the campaign check their entitlements too, as it may be an issue with the person providing the content not your account.
I have made shared content available to my players in a campaign, it seems to be viewable via the Compendium on the web page, but completely unavailable in the mobile app. It seems the only thing they can see in the mobile app is their character sheet, which does make use of the shared content but they have no ability to read the actual sourcebook material via mobile. I know my entitlements are synced as well as the player I've been testing with so that should not be an issue. I also verified that content sharing is enabled on the campaign, and that each individual sourcebook is shown as shared under Content Management within the campaign.
Does anyone know the actual steps that should be followed to access shared content via the mobile app?
For example, I assume that it should show up under the Library section as that is where my sourcebooks show up, but apparently its broken, or perhaps I just don't see where the content is supposed to show up (but to be honest there are not that many places it could be the app is pretty simple in its navigation options). Any help anyone can offer is appreciated. Thanks
Apparently patience is a virtue. After a non-trivial wait time after the player joining my campaign they were finally able to verify the sourcebooks as shared in the mobile app, and actually download/access them.

I’m having the same issue. Can’t access shared content from the new app, even though I can still view it in the web browser. Please help!
