Check your equipment. If you're using variant encumbrance rules and you're carrying 5x strength score your speed drops by 10 ft.
Also check if other items/etc are reducing speed.
Check you haven't accidentally overridden the speed

I created a custom Lineage character and it's showing a 20 ft. Walking speed instead of the normal 30 ft. Walking speed.
